Why should I fill out the Advertiser Form? May I submit all information by phone?
The "Adveriser Form" is the fastest and most convenient way of submitting your information including artwork. If you do not have access to a PC or are not PC friendly, you may call our customer service at (661) 242-1547for assistance.
Who will see the information entered and is my information shared with 3rd parties?
The information shared with us will stay with us! We do not provide, share or allow others (3rd parties) to use your personal or business information.
I am unable to locate the "Artwork" file on my computer, what should I do?
If you cannot locate the artwork on your PC or someone else is designing your ad, or if you do not have the file available when submitting the "Advertiser Form," send the artwork by e-mail as an attachment to : artwork@healerguide.com or mail in a CD/DVD media in JPG or PDF format. Call our customer service (661) 242-1547 for further assistance.
My artwork is very poor quality or poor design. Will it be corrected by Healer's Guide graphics department before it gets published?
We do not provide graphic corrections for our advertisers and therefore nicely designed artwork with correct information and sizing is the advertisers responsibility. However, we do a quick check for typos. In case our team spots a problem with your artwork, you will be informed immediately. May I have a different size or shape of "Special Offer" coupons ?
There is only one design for the "Special Offer" coupons to maintain the uniform look of the publication. The size and shape of the coupons is sufficient for all adverisers needs. Artwork Guidelines
What should I do if I do not wish coupons to be attached to my page?
You may choose not to have the "Special Offer" coupons, however, we suggest to do so. If you do not wish to attach the coupons, just check the proper box on the "Advertiser Form" and your page will be listed without the coupons. Just remember that it will create more room for your artwork on the page, so your artwork dimensions must be 5" x 8"
How does the "Special Coupon" work?
When your new clients bring their Healer's Guide in for their first appointment, you may cross off the discount offer in their book.
